By downloading, installing, or using the CoverKeep app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoverKeep regarding your use of the App and any related services.

CoverKeep offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features including unlimited AI claim assistance, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
CoverKeep uses artificial intelligence to provide product identification, warranty coverage analysis, and claim guidance. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of any product information, photos, and data you submit to the App ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant CoverKeep a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content (e.g., product photos, receipts) and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.
The CoverKeep App, including its design, features, logo, and technology, is owned by CoverKeep and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoverKeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, missed warranty claims, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or Premium subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
